Ingredients to make Pico de Gallo Salad:
- 1 cup of chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon, the juice
- 75 grams of chopped onion
- 450 grams of tomatoes or chopped tomatoes
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, very finely chopped
How to make Pico de Gallo Salad:
- Wash the tomato well and chop it into small cubes, as well as the onion and mix them in a container to serve with a wooden spoon.
- Once united, add the salt, oil and lemon juice and mix again.
- Add the coriander leaves and if you want you can cut smaller pieces and also the jalapeño peppers and mix everything again.
