Ingredients to make Peruvian Pisco sour:

  • 120 milliliters of Peruvian Pisco
  • 2 units of Lemons
  • 100 grams of Sugar (½ cup)
  • ½ unit of egg white
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 drops of Angostura bitters

How to make Peruvian Pisco sour:

  1. The first thing to do to prepare the Peruvian pisco is to squeeze the lemons to obtain the juice, which is what we are really interested in. Then, put the ice, the lemon juice and the pisco in the blender and blend it well. It is important that the pisco you buy is pure.
  2. Then, add the sugar and egg white and continue beating until the ice is well crushed and the white is stiff.
  3. Serve the Peruvian pisco sour in individual glasses and garnish them with a few drops of Angostura bitters, or cinnamon if you prefer. This cocktail is usually served during the aperitif.
