Ingredients to make Pepper Gazpacho:
- 1kg of very red and ripe tomatoes
- 200 grams red bell pepper (1 large)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 30 grams of onion
- 100 grams Of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 ice tray
- 8 to 10 fresh basil leaves
How to make Pepper Gazpacho:
- Put all the ingredients except the ice in the blender glass and blend for 30 seconds.
- Crush the ice in a chopper.
- Add the ice and beat 3 minutes at maximum speed
- When it stops, add the oil and mix for a few seconds with a spatula.
- Check the seasoning and add water if necessary.
NOTE: Vinegar is not added but can be added if desired.
