Pepper Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients to make Pepper Gazpacho:

  • 1kg of very red and ripe tomatoes
  • 200 grams red bell pepper (1 large)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 30 grams of onion
  • 100 grams Of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 ice tray
  • 8 to 10 fresh basil leaves

How to make Pepper Gazpacho:

  1. Put all the ingredients except the ice in the blender glass and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Crush the ice in a chopper.
  3. Add the ice and beat 3 minutes at maximum speed
  4. When it stops, add the oil and mix for a few seconds with a spatula.
  5. Check the seasoning and add water if necessary.

NOTE: Vinegar is not added but can be added if desired.
