If you like spreadable creams with crackers and toast, this recipe will surely interest you. This time, this article brings you a vegan recipe with which you will learn to prepare a pepper dip with walnuts, a delight that will surprise you. Go ahead and discover another way to eat peppers.

Ingredients to make Pepper and Walnut Dip:

  • 2 units of roasted peppers
  • 40 grams of Walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch of Paprika
  • ½ unit of Lemon
  • 1 splash of sunflower oil

How to make Bell Pepper Walnut Dip:

1.Making this vegan dip is very easy. The first thing you should do is get the ingredients ready. You can buy the roasted peppers already ready, such as piquillo peppers, or if you prefer, you can roast them yourself.

2.Also, peel the garlic and squeeze the lemon. Pass the latter through a strainer to ensure that it does not have any seeds.

3.Separately, lightly toast the walnuts in a pan without oil for about 5 minutes. Go stirring constantly.

4.When you have all the ingredients ready, take everything, along with a little oil, to the food processor and blend at maximum power until you get a puree consistency. Also add the spices.

Tip: You can add more oil until you get the desired texture and consistency

5.The dip of peppers with nuts is ideal to serve it cold and combine it with what you prefer. I highly recommend trying this vegan spread with plantain chips or roasted potatoes.
