How to make Boiled Egg and Bell Pepper Sandwich:
Wash and dry the pepper, proceeding to chop it into strips. The seeds are removed, the skin is left on and it is fried in the pan where we have previously put the oil to heat.
The egg is boiled. When the peppers are fried without removing the skin and the boiled egg, the latter is cut into slices. The roll is opened and the peppers are placed lengthwise since they are cut into strips. It is convenient that they remain oiled. The egg slices are distributed on the pepper and the sandwich is closed. It couldn’t be simpler and I think if you try it you’ll like it.
