Ingredients to make Penzias:
- Half a liter of water
- A quarter of chickpea flour
- Salt
How to make Penzias:
1.Bring the water to a boil with the salt.
2.At the first boil, the chickpea flour is added little by little, with a wooden spoon, until it no longer admits more.
3.A trick to know when to remove it from the fire is to see that the dough does not stick to the walls of the pot.
4.Remove from heat and let cool.
5.Cut the dough into slices and fry them in plenty of quite hot olive oil.
6.A variant, in sweet, as a dessert, if when we separate it we add sugar and ground cinnamon.
7.Serve cold.
