Penne recipe in truffle salt, oregano and Parmesan

Ingredients to make Penne in truffle salt, oregano and Parmesan:

  1. 500 grams of cooked short pasta
  2. 1 dessert spoon of truffle salt
  3. 1 teaspoon of Pepperoncino
  4. 1 cup of white wine
  5. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 2 dessert spoons of dried oregano
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Penne in truffle salt, oregano and Parmesan:

  • Prepare all the ingredients.
  • Bring a large skillet over medium heat; add a little olive oil and sauté the pasta. Remember that the pasta must be already cooked. You can use any type of pasta, although we recommend using short pasta.
  • Add the truffle salt and black pepper. Stir and leave to brown for approximately five minutes.
  • Add the pepperoncino and dried oregano. Stir until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  • Add the white wine and cook for five more minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and add two tablespoons of milk or cream.
