Penne alla Puttanesca Recipe

Ingredients to make Penne alla Puttanesca:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 teaspoons of Oil
  • 1 can of Sauce
  • ¼ cup olives
  • 1 teaspoon of Capers
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano
  • ½ kilo of Pasta
  • 2 teaspoons of parsley

How to make Penne alla Puttanesca:

  1. Sauté the garlic in the oil over low heat.
  2. Add the sauce, olives, capers, chili, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Let it boil over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. While the sauce is boiling, cook the penne al dente and strain well.
  5. Just before serving, add the parsley to the sauce and pour it over the pasta.
