Ingredients to make Penne alla Puttanesca:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 teaspoons of Oil
- 1 can of Sauce
- ¼ cup olives
- 1 teaspoon of Capers
- ½ teaspoon of oregano
- ½ kilo of Pasta
- 2 teaspoons of parsley
How to make Penne alla Puttanesca:
- Sauté the garlic in the oil over low heat.
- Add the sauce, olives, capers, chili, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Let it boil over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the sauce is boiling, cook the penne al dente and strain well.
- Just before serving, add the parsley to the sauce and pour it over the pasta.
