Penne al filetto recipe

Ingredients to make Penne al filetto:

  • 250 grams of pasta
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • oregano

How to make Penne filetto:

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in boiling water with the necessary salt,
  2. while it is cooking,
  3. when it is almost ready, place the peeled and cleaned tomatoes, chopped into cubes, in a pan with olive oil,
  4. season with salt, pepper and oregano, strain the pasta and add it into the pan together with the sauce,
  5. finally while the flavors are mixed add the chopped basil.
