Ingredients to make Penne al filetto:
- 250 grams of pasta
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 4 basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- oregano
How to make Penne filetto:
- Cook the pasta al dente in boiling water with the necessary salt,
- while it is cooking,
- when it is almost ready, place the peeled and cleaned tomatoes, chopped into cubes, in a pan with olive oil,
- season with salt, pepper and oregano, strain the pasta and add it into the pan together with the sauce,
- finally while the flavors are mixed add the chopped basil.
