Ingredients to make Peasant Pizza:

  • 200 g minced meat
  • 500g flour
  • 20 g pressed yeast
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 300 g peeled tomatoes
  • 1 unit bread soaked in milk
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 50g mozzarella
  • 1pc onion
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

How to make Peasant Pizza:

  1. Dilute the yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water and mix with the flour, add the oil, salt and a little warm water if necessary.
  2. Knead lightly and let rest in a warm place.
  3. Stretch and take to horn for 25 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, fry the meat with the chopped onion.
  5. When it turns golden, add the crumbled bread, beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
  6. Finally add the tomatoes and sauté for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and fill with the meat.
  8. Arrange the sliced ​​mozzarella on top and return to the oven for a few minutes.
