  • 400 grams of frozen or canned peas
  • 200 grams of turkey tenderloin
  • 8 dried tomatoes
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 glass of cava
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small glass of water

How to make Peas with turkey in cava:

  1. We start by saying the turkey tenderloin. Put a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan, heat it up, add the turkey and sauté it.
  2.  We take out the cubes and reserve.
  3. Keep the pan on the heat and add the peas, stir well and sauté for three or four minutes.
