Ingredients to make Pear and Cinnamon Smoothie:

  • 3 ripe pears
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream or cream
  • 4 spoons Of sugar
  • a handful of raisins
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Cinnamon powder

How to make Cinnamon Pear Smoothie:

  1. Peel and seed the pears and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Heat and boil the milk with the cinnamon stick, the raisins and the sugar.
  3. Let the milk cool, pour it into a bowl and remove the cinnamon stick.
  4. Then add the pears and ice cream.
  5. Beat everything well and place the shake in a few glasses, decorating them with the ground cinnamon.
