Peach sangria

Ingredients to make Peach Sangria:

  • 3 units of Peach
  • 50 grams of Sugar (¼ cup)
  • 50 milliliters of Brandy
  • 1½ liters of red wine
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • ½ glass of lemon juice
  • 1 unit of spirally cut lemon rind

How to make Peach Sangria:

  1. Peel the peaches and cut them in half.
  2. Remove the bone and cut them into thin slices. Put them in a container with the sugar and brandy.
  3. Add the red wine, a glass of orange juice and 1/2 of a lemon, the cinnamon and the spiral of lemon rind.
  4. It is served very cold and with a wooden spoon.
