Ingredients to make Peach and Paraguayan juice:

  1. 3 units of small peach
  2. 3 Paraguayan units
  3. 500 milliliters of Water
  4. ½ unit of lime juice
  5. 1 dessert spoon of sugar
  6. 2 sprigs of mint

How to make Paraguayan Peach Juice:

  • We gather all the ingredients to prepare the peach and Paraguayan juice. This fruit juice is perfect for children, but if you adults want to drink it with a little more sparkle, you can put a splash of rum at the end and serve it chilled with ice.
  • Peel the peaches and cut them into small pieces, removing the central bone. The peach is a fruit that contains a lot of water and is a great antioxidant due to its beta-carotene content.
  • In the same way, we peel the Paraguay’s, remove the central bone and cut into pieces. Paraguayans are also known as Paraguayans and come from China, this fruit is a variant of the peach.
  • Place the fruits in a blender glass and squeeze the juice of half a lime. The lime gives a super refreshing flavor to this fruit smoothie.
  • Add a couple of fresh mint or mint leaves, half a liter of cold water and a teaspoon of sugar. You can really do without sugar and if it seems a little acid at the end (because of the lime juice) you can add it at the end.
  • We beat the peach and Paraguayan juice until there are no lumps. If it is too thick we can add more water.
  • If you don’t want to find any mint leaves, you can strain the juice. This peach and Paraguayan juice can be taken for breakfast or can be prepared as a snack for children (and adults).
