Ingredients to make Vaccino Arvejado:
- 3/4 kg beef, chopped into pieces
- 3 tablespoon(s) stir-fried
- 3 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1/2 paprika peeled and diced
- 1 carrot(s) peeled and sliced
- 2 caluga(s) meat broth
- 2 tablespoon(s) tomato sauce
- 1/4 kg frozen peas
- Tablespoon(s) flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Vaccino Vejajado:
- Season the meat to taste and brown it in the hot oil.
- Add to this the three tablespoons of the sauce, 1 1/2 cups of hot water and the caluga of meat broth.
- Let cook covered over low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Place the carrot, paprika, peas and tomato sauce. Let cook for another 15 minutes.
- If you want a thicker sauce, about 5 minutes before the end of cooking add flour dissolved in a little cold water.
