Pea Cream Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Pea Cream Soup:

  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons of white cheese
  • 1 cup of cooked peas or peas (can be replaced with ½ cup of pea flour dissolved in cold water)
  • whole meal bread cubes
  • Chopped parsley

How to make Pea Cream Soup:

  1. Blend all the ingredients (except the white cheese) until you get a creamy mixture.
  2. Cook the pea soup over low heat until it boils. If pea flour was used, it will be cooked for 40 minutes, taking care that it does not stick, and if cooked peas are used, the cooking will last only 10 minutes.
  3. Add the white cheese and the whole meal bread cubes toasted in the oven at maximum temperature.
  4. Serve the freshly made cream of pea’s soup. To accompany this delicious starter, you can prepare some wonderful meatballs stuffed with cheese and a passion fruit cake for dessert, for example.
