Pavesa Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Pavesa Soup:

  • 6 bread
  • 50g butter
  • 150g fresh cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 6 pcs eggs
  • 2 tsp. grated cheese

How to make Pavesa Soup:

  1. Spread the slices of bread with butter and toast them in the oven.
  2. Cut the fresh cheese into thin slices and put a portion on top of each toast.
  3. Arrange them in a thermal source that can go to the oven and to the table, it must be a deep source.
  4. Cover the toast with hot chicken broth.
  5. Crack an egg on each piece of toast, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a very hot oven for a few more minutes to cook the egg white.
