Ingredients to make Paté and mushroom canapés:
- 500 g ready-made puff pastry
- 50g butter
- 200g pâté
- Salt
- 150 g small mushrooms
- Strips of piquillo peppers from the boat
How to make Paté and mushroom canapés:
Thaw the puff pastry. Clean and slice the mushrooms, not very thin. In a frying pan, lightly sauté the mushroom slices in the butter, season and set aside.
Spread the puff pastry out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cut out 6 x 6 cm squares. Spread a layer of pate in the center. Place two slices of mushroom at two opposite angles, join them with strips of pepper.
Close or fold the two remaining ends. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 190° C until golden brown.
