Pastora Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients to make Pastora Macaroni:

  • 500 gr. striped macaron
  • 200 gr. cottage cheese
  • 150 gr. sausage
  • 75 gr. of butter
  • 25 gr. grated sheep cheese
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • cinnamon

How to make Pastora Macaroni:

  1. Cook the pasta al dente. In a frying pan, fry the sausage, cut into strips, with the butter.
  2. On a plate, crush the cottage cheese, add some salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Reserve in a bain-marie in hot water. When the pasta is cooked to its point, drain it and pour it into a bowl.
  4. Season with the sauce and cover with the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
