Ingredients to make Pasta with spinach and ham:
- 300 grams of Fusilli pasta
- 1 teaspoon of Butter
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 180 grams of pork ham
- 1 glass of Cava or white wine
- 40 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of Cream of milk or cream
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Pasta with spinach and ham:
- The first step to make the pasta recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
- Bring a deep pot over medium heat with enough water and, when it reaches a boiling point, add the pasta with a little salt and cook until it is al dente or at the desired cooking point; remove the paste, drain and reserve.
- Bring a skillet to medium heat and add the butter.
- Add the pasta screws and let fry for a few minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and a little garlic paste.
- Add the spinach leaves cut into strips as shown in the photograph, let them fry for a few minutes.
- Add the pork ham in small squares and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
- The idea is that the ingredients brown for a few minutes and distribute very well.
- Once we rectify the flavor, add the milk cream and turn off the heat so that the milk or cream does not dry out.
- Serve the pasta with ham and spinach, sprinkling some Parmesan cheese on top.
