Pasta with ratatouille recipe

Ingredients to make Pasta with ratatouille:

  1. 130 grams of Penne Pasta
  2. 100 milliliters of tomato sauce
  3. 1 tin of laminated mushrooms
  4. 1 ripe tomato
  5. 1 medium onion
  6. 1 carrot
  7. ½ zucchini
  8. ¼ red and yellow bell pepper
  9. 1 handful of grated cheese to gratin
  10. 1 jet of Oil
  11. 1 glass of white wine
  12. 1 pinch of salt

How to make Pasta with ratatouille:

  • Chop all the vegetables very finely to make the ratatouille. So, in a pot we put a splash of olive oil and poach the vegetables. Let them cook over medium heat, adding half a glass of water and the wine.
  • Next, salt the vegetables to taste and continue cooking for 20 minutes. After this time, we add the tomato sauce and let the vegetables finish cooking.
  • On the other hand we make the pasta with plenty of water and salt. When it is cooked, drain it.
  • Remember that for this recipe you can use any type of short pasta and to ensure that the pasta is al dente, do not forget to check the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • In a baking dish we add the pasta and the ratatouille. Add the cheese to gratin to taste. In the preheated oven at 210ºC we introduce the tray for about 5-8 minutes depending on how you want the cheese. We take out and serve.
