- 130 grams of Penne Pasta
- 100 milliliters of tomato sauce
- 1 tin of laminated mushrooms
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 1 carrot
- ½ zucchini
- ¼ red and yellow bell pepper
- 1 handful of grated cheese to gratin
- 1 jet of Oil
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Pasta with ratatouille:
- Chop all the vegetables very finely to make the ratatouille. So, in a pot we put a splash of olive oil and poach the vegetables. Let them cook over medium heat, adding half a glass of water and the wine.
- Next, salt the vegetables to taste and continue cooking for 20 minutes. After this time, we add the tomato sauce and let the vegetables finish cooking.
- On the other hand we make the pasta with plenty of water and salt. When it is cooked, drain it.
