Pasta with prawns and spinach recipe

  1. 1 package of clean baby spinach
  2. 500 grams of Spaghetti
  3. 350 grams of frozen medium peeled prawns
  4. 1 wedge of Parmesan cheese
  5. 1 Lemon (juice)
  6. 4 garlic cloves
  7. 1 pinch of Sweet Paprika
  8. 1 pinch of black pepper
  9. 2 tablespoons of Butter
  10. 1 onion
  11. olive oil

How to make Pasta with prawns and spinach:

  • To make this pasta recipe with prawns and spinach these are the ingredients that we are going to use.
  • Heat water with a handful of salt in a pot and when it boils, add the spaghetti to cookfor approximately 8 minutes. Then drain them, mix them with one of the 2 tablespoons of butter and reserve the spaghetti for later.
  • Next we will begin to make the pasta sauce with spinach and prawns. To do this, take another tablespoon of butter and melt it in a pan.
  • Then peel and cut the garlic in to slices and add them to the bread. This will give a very good flavor to our spaghetti with prawns.
  • Then peel and cut the onion into feathers and add it to the fried paste with prawns so that it is poached.
  • Once the onion and garlic are poached, add the frozen prawns to the spinach pasta sauce and sprinkle with a little salt, black pepper and sweet paprika.
