Pasta with peas and bacon recipe

Ingredients to make Pasta with peas and bacon:

  • 150 grams of short pasta
  • 80 grams of Peas
  • 80 grams of Bacon (bacon)
  • 150 milliliters of Cream of milk (¾ cup)
  • 50 grams of white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Pasta with peas and bacon:

  1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the peasfor 10 minutes until al dents, drain and reserve.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, add the onion and finely chopped garlic and fry over low heatuntil soft.
  4. Add the finely chopped bacon, fry for a few minutes until golden.
  5. Add the milk cream and the peas, season with salt and pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Finally add the pastapreviously cooked in boiling water and mix everything very well. Remember that the pasta must be al dente, to do so follow the manufacturer’s instructions by boiling the pasta for a few minutes with water and a pinch of salt.
  7. Serve the pasta with peas and bacon, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired and enjoy with garlic bread.
