Ingredients to make Pasta with mushrooms and zucchini:
- 350 grams of pasta, chosen to taste
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 150 grams of zucchini
- 4 tablespoons of dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3 oil tablespoons
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Pasta with mushrooms and zucchini:
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
- Grate the zucchini with a large whole grater.
- Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with the oil and the crushed whole garlic for a few minutes.
- Add the wine and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the garlic, add the zucchini and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
- Cook the pasta as usual and drain.
- Add it to the pan, with the previous preparation and cook, all together, for about three minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve at the moment.
