- 400 grams of Penne or any type of short pasta
- 30 grams of Gorgonzola cheese or blue cheese
- 25 grams of pine nuts
- 300 milliliters of béchamel or white sauce
- 1 cup of Milk (240 milliliters)
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 150 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Pasta with gorgonzola and pine nuts:
- The first step to make our gorgonzola pasta recipe is to prepare the ingredients. Do not exceed the amount of cheese as having such an intense flavor can kill the flavor of the pine nuts.
- We are going to make the most important part of this recipe and it is the cheese and pine nut flavored sauce. Then we are going to add the cup of whole milk and mix it with the béchamel sauce.
- Add the garlic paste, a little oregano, white wine, salt and black pepper. Bring these ingredients to medium heat.
- Take a pot with enough water, once you see that it is boiling add the short pasta and cook until it is al dente or at the desired cooking point. Remove our paste from the water and reserve.
