Pasta with cob recipe

Ingredients to make Pasta with cob:

  1. 1 package of Macaroni
  2. 1 package of Peas
  3. 1 handful of spinach
  4. 1 pound of meat
  5. 4 units of Cob
  6. 1 unit of tomato
  7. 1 unit of onion
  8. 3 units of Avocados
  9. 1 pinch of salt to taste
  10. butter
  11. 1 glass of milk
  12. Creole potatoes

How to make Pasta with cob:

  • Prepare all the ingredients to make the macaroni on the cob.
  • In a pot with plenty of water, cook the pasta with a pinch of salt. Remember to check the manufacturer’s instructions so that the pasta is al dente. If you want, you can add a few basil leaves to give it more flavors.
  • Put the corn on the cob, the meat and the peas in the pot. The picador pot is the same express pot or pressure cooker. If you prefer, you can get the ears already cooked.

  • Separately, in another pot we make a tomato and onion stew. Let everything cook together and add the milk and Creole potatoes.
  • Let it cook for 5 minutes and add the spinach leaves in small pieces. After 10 minutes, add the peas, the shelled cob and the shredded meat.
  • Cook for 5 more minutes over low heat and when everything is done, remove from the heat and add the chopped avocado. Stir everything well.
