Ingredients to make Pasta with Bacon and Mushrooms:
- 500 gr. noodles
- 2 units onion
- 200 gr. mushroom
- 100 gr. bacon
- 75 gr. butter
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 250 gr. cream
- 2 units yolk
- salted
- Pepper
- aromatic herbs
How to make Pasta with Bacon and Mushrooms:
- Cook the pasta with plenty of salty water.
- Chop the onion and sauté it.
- When it becomes transparent, add the chopped bacon, and when it is fried, the mushrooms.
- Let it cook for a few minutes and add the cream, the Parmesan and the aromatic herbs.
- Reduce the cream until thick, then remove the sauce from the heat, add the egg yolks and mix the sauce into the pasta.
- It can be served like this or gratin with a little grated Parmesan cheese.
