  • ¼ kilogram of white beans

  • 1 unit of Leek
  • 1 unit of medium onion
  • 3 units of ripe tomato
  • 1 piece of Cabbage
  • 50 grams of margarine
  • 100 grams of Bacon
  • 1 package of Bouillon cube
  • 100 grams of pasta for soup
  • 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 piece of salt

How to make Pasta Soup with Beans:

  1. We soak the white beans in cold water the night before. At the time of preparation, place the margarine, the finely chopped bacon, and add the vegetables chopped into thin strips (julienne).
  2. Let the vegetables fry a little with the covered pan, then add the peeled tomatoes, without seeds, cut into small pieces, and the beans, season with a little salt and cover with cold water and cook over low heat for an hour.
