Ingredients to make Pasta Salad with Tuna and Peppers:

  • 100 grams of tricolor throttle pasta
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil (small)
  • 1 jar of roasted peppers
  • 1 can of corn (small)
  • 100 grams of Gouda cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of ground garlic
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 90 grams of pitted green olives

How to make Pasta Salad with Tuna and Peppers:

First of all, to make this pasta salad with tuna and peppers, heat a pot of water and when it boils, add the pasta. Remove and cook until al dente (done without being soft). Remove, drain and reserve.

In a saucepan we put the eggs, cover them with water and take them to the fire. When they start to boil we count five minutes, remove the hot water, add cold water, leave them covered with cold water for five minutes and peel. We booked.

While the hard- boiled eggs are being made, chop the roasted peppers and put them in a salad bowl. Add the drained olives and corn.

Drain the oil from the tuna well, crumble it a little and add it to the pasta salad with roasted peppers.

Trick: We can roast the peppers ourselves, or use a homemade canning jar.

Cut the cheese into cubes and add it to the salad bowl. We also add the pasta and chopped eggs. Dress with two tablespoons of mayonnaise, pepper and ground garlic to taste.

Stir well to mix and voila! We can serve the pasta salad with tuna and peppers immediately or store it in the refrigerator and serve cold. It is a very good option to take away if we have to eat away from home.
