Ingredients to make Pasta Salad with Tuna and Olives:

  • 100 grams of short vegetable pasta
  • 1 can of natural prickly pear
  • 1 can of pepper stuffed olives
  • 1 jet of oil
  • 1 splash of Vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablet of concentrated broth

How to make Pasta Salad with Tuna and Olives:

To cook the pasta, fill the saucepan halfway with water and add a tablet of concentrated broth. Turn on the flame over high heat and once the water comes to a boil, add the short paste.

The measure of pasta per person is between 80 and 100 grams, this is about three handfuls of pasta.

Let the pasta cook for a few minutes until al dente, then remove from the heat and drain.  Remember to check the manufacturer’s recommended cooking time, as this may vary depending on the brand of pasta.

When the pasta is ready and at room temperature, we put everything in a bowl where we are also going to add the tuna and the olives. Stir well and season to taste with oil, vinegar and salt.
