How to make Pasta Salad with Smoked Salmon and Tuna:
As the base of our salad will be pasta, this is the first thing we will do. So, cook the pasta in the traditional way, in boiling water with a pinch of salt, and when it’s ready, drain and reserve.
Trick: You can use any type of short pasta to make this salad with smoked salmon.
Meanwhile, to prepare the rest of the ingredients, cut the black olives in half and cut the crab sticks into small pieces. The amount of these ingredients is completely to taste.
Do the same with the salmon, trying to cut it into more or less small pieces or strips so that it can be distributed well throughout the salad.
Before starting to mix all the ingredients, check that the pasta is at room temperature or cold, it is important that it is not hot. Then, add the cooked pasta with the olives, the crab sticks, the salmon and the tuna to a bowl.
Once you have mixed these first ingredients well, it is time to season the salad with salt and pepper to taste and a little mayonnaise. Mix everything again until everything is well distributed.
Remember that you can make homemade mayonnaise if you want to prepare everything yourself.
Let the smoked salmon and tuna pasta salad get a little chilly in the fridge and serve with a few crackers. This rich salad is ideal for summer, especially on those days when you don’t feel like cooking but you don’t want to stop eating well.
