Pasta salad with prawn’s recipe

In this recipe you will learn how to make a healthy pasta salad with prawns, easy and fast.  Salads are the best allies when we want to eat healthy and take care of our figure, and this preparation is very light and ideal to consume at dinner time.

Ingredients to make Prawn Pasta Salad:

  • 120 grams of short pasta
  • 6 units of prawns
  • 1 unit of Tomato
  • 50 grams of onion
  • 1 unit of Avocado
  • 100 grams of Lettuce
  • 1 unit of Garlic
  • 1 lemon unit
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Mustard
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Prawn Pasta Salad:

Before making this healthy recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. In a bowl mix the chopped lettuce, the tomato cut into a half moon and the onion in feathers.

Apart, in another bowl prepare the vinaigrette. To do this, stir the lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper, until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Mix the salad with the pasta previously cooked in boiling water until al dente. Incorporate the previous vinaigrette and integrate it well, rectify flavor with salt and pepper.

In a separate pan with hot oil, cook the previously seasoned prawns for one minute. Then add the finely chopped garlic and continue cooking for three more minutes, or until golden brown.

Finally, serve the pasta salad by adding the prawns and peppered avocado slices. Enjoy this delicious salad!
