Pasta Salad with Caesar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients to make Pasta Salad with Caesar Sauce:

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 100 grams of pasta
  • 200 grams of bacon
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • grated carrot
  • 100 grams of mental cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 milliliters of Caesar sauce
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Pasta Salad with Caesar Sauce:

We cook the pasta. To do this, we start by putting water in a saucepan and bringing it to the fire. When it starts to boil, add the paste and stir from time to time until it is al dente, that is, cooked but firm. Put in a colander and let it release all the water. I have used the variety of colored crested di gallon pasta, but you can use another without problems.

Besides, we also cook the eggs. For this, we put the eggs in a saucepan, cover them with water and put them on the fire. When they start to boil, wait 7-8 minutes, remove, drain the hot water and cover with cold water. After about five minutes, peel and reserve.

We cut the finite lettuce, wash it very well and centrifuge it. We booked. If you don’t have a lettuce spinner, leave it in a colander so that it releases as much water as possible and the Caesar pasta salad doesn’t end up with too much liquid.

Cut the bacon into strips, put it in a pan and bring it to the fire. It is not necessary to add oil, since the fat it releases will be enough. We fry it until it is crispy and, when it is almost done, we add a pinch of ground black pepper that will give it a very interesting point.

Drain the corn and put it in the salad bowl. Add the grated carrot and the cheese that we will have previously cut into cubes. We also put the drained lettuce and pasta to continue with the preparation of the Caesar pasta salad.

When the bacon is ready, drain the fat that may have been released and add it. We add the Caesar sauce, we stir very well to mix the ingredients and that all are seasoned by the sauce.
