Pasta recipe with vegetables and meat

Ingredients to make Pasta with vegetables and meat:

  1. 1 package of spaghetti or noodles
  2. 1 packet of fried tomato sauce
  3. 1/2 chopped onion
  4. 2 slices of green paprika (pepper)
  5. 1/2 kilo of meat in pieces (to taste)
  6. salted
  7. 2 slices of cheese (optional)
  8. Pepper
  9. oil

How to make Pasta with vegetables and meat:

  • Once the water is boiled, add salt and the spaghetti, leave the pot uncovered and a wooden spatula in the middle and stir constantly (10 minutes).
  • In a small pot, heat a little oil; add the chopped onion, fry for 1 minute, then the peppers and fry for 1 minute, and then the meat cut into pieces.
  • Trick: You can use ground or minced meat if you prefer.
  • When the meat is almost ready, add the fried tomato sauce, stir, and taste, add salt and pepper to taste, and let it boil for a few minutes all together.

  • When the 10 minutes have passed and the pasta is already cooked, squeeze (drain) and cool with cold water.
  • Finally, in the same pot, place the spaghetti with a little oil and stir.
  • Serve the spaghetti with vegetables and meat in a Bolognese-type sauce, the cheese in pieces if you like, and that’s it!
