Pasta recipe with smoked salmon cream

Ingredients to make Pasta with smoked salmon cream:

  • 400 grams of Pasta
  • 250 grams of smoked salmon
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 15 grams of bell pepper
  • 1 unit of chicken broth cube
  • 1 unit of tomato
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 60 cubic centimeters of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to make Pasta with smoked salmon cream:

  1. To make this delicious salmon pasta dish, we will start by making the base sauce.
  2. Sauté the onion with the garlic, the bell pepper and the parsley, all finely chopped.
  3. After a few minutes, add the diced tomato along with the smoked salmon and the spices.
  4. Cut the salmon to taste, into strips or into squares like tomato.
  5. Then, add the wine and the stock cube dilutedin a little hot water to the preparation.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in the traditional wayor according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  7. The salmon sauce is cooked forapproximately 20 minutes and then the cream is added.
  8. Before it boils, it is removed from the heat and added to the pasta, a little bit of margarineor butter is added and it is ready to serve.
  9. Decorate the pasta with smoked salmon creamwith a sprig of parsley and accompany with some slices of homemade white bread.
