Ingredients to make Pasta with paprika prawns:
- 500 grams of spaghetti pasta
- 2 units of Chorizo
- 1 kilogram of Prawns
- 1 glass of white wine
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 3 dessert spoons of Paprika
- 1 cup of Cream of milk (200 milliliters)
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
How to make Pasta with paprika prawns:
- Season the prawns(previously washed and peeled) with salt and pepper to taste.
- We seal them in a pan with olive oil for about a minute on each side.
- We withdraw and reserve.
- In the same pan, we fry the chorizocut into cubes or slices and the minced garlic.
- Then, we add the paprika, the wine and the milk cream. We remove.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes, season to taste and return the prawns to the paprika sauce. Add the chopped chives.
- Mix everything well and serve with the spaghetti previously cooked al dente. Sprinkle chopped chives to taste.
