Pasta recipe with paprika prawns

Ingredients to make Pasta with paprika prawns:

  • 500 grams of spaghetti pasta
  • 2 units of Chorizo
  • 1 kilogram of Prawns
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 3 dessert spoons of Paprika
  • 1 cup of Cream of milk (200 milliliters)
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves

How to make Pasta with paprika prawns:

  1. Season the prawns(previously washed and peeled) with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. We seal them in a pan with olive oil for about a minute on each side.
  3. We withdraw and reserve.
  4. In the same pan, we fry the chorizo​​cut into cubes or slices and the minced garlic.
  5. Then, we add the paprika, the wine and the milk cream. We remove.
  6. Let it boil for 5 minutes, season to taste and return the prawns to the paprika sauce. Add the chopped chives.
  7. Mix everything well and serve with the spaghetti previously cooked al dente. Sprinkle chopped chives to taste.
