How to make Pasta with minced meat and fried tomato:

  1. The first step to prepare this super pasta with meat will be to cook the macaroni.
  2. Make them in the traditional way, with boiling water and reviewing the cooking times recommended by the manufacturer. Drain and reserve.
  3. If you want you can change the macaroni for any other type of short pasta.

  6. Tip:You can use a mixture of beef and pork, in a 70-30 ratio to make the ground meat much juicier.
  7. After a few minutes, when the meat changes color, add the fried tomatoand season to taste with salt, pepper and any seasoning you normally use for cooking.
  8. Remember that to level the acidity of the tomato you can add a little sugar to the ground meat in tomato sauce.
  9. Now to finish, empty all the macaroni in the pan and stir with all the meat. Keep the preparation on the fire for a couple more minutes and that’s it.
  10. Serve yourself a good portion of pasta with minced meat and fried tomatofor lunch, topping off the dish with grated cheddar cheese or any other of your choice.
