At home, one of the queens of quick dinners is pasta salad (of which I am a real fan). This time I bring you a recipe that is luxurious. A salad dressed with Greek yogurt that gives it a very special touch. He likes it barbaric! So, let’s go with the recipe for pasta with chorizo and Italian cheese.
Ingredients to make Pasta with Italian chorizo and Andean cheese:
- 150 grams of short pasta (fusilli or screw)
- 100 grams of Andean cheese (or fresh)
- 100 grams of Italian Chorizo
- 1 slice of Mondale
- 1 jar of Greek yogurt
- 25 grams of pitted black olives
- 1 dessert spoon of fine herbs (oregano, rosemary)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper to taste
How to make Pasta with Italian chorizo and Andean cheese:
The first thing to do is cook the short pasta in plenty of boiling water. Add a little of and a bay leaf to the water to flavor the paste. Check that the pasta is al dente, turn off the heat, drain and reserve.
Heat a frying pan with the olive oil and fine herbs to sauté the Italian chorizo in small slices and the cubed gondola. Season with salt and pepper and then set aside as well.
In a bowl, mix the pasta with the chorizo and add the sliced olives and the diced Andean cheese. Then we dress with the Greek yogurt and stir to integrate the flavors.
Let rest for about 30 minutes and then serve the cold pasta with Italian chorizo and Andean cheese.
