Pasta recipe with ground beef and cream

Ingredients to make Pasta with ground beef and cream:

  • ½ kilogram of ground beef
  • 1 unit of chili chipotle
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 unit of large tomato
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 jet of Oil
  • 4 bay leaves
  • Pasta
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon of Butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ piece of onion
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 4 slices of yellow cheese
  • 1 package of Pasta – Spaghetti or Macaroni

How to make Pasta with Ground Beef and Cream:

  1. The ground meat is fried in oilwith salt and pepper and the bay leaves.
  2. Separately, blend the chipotle pepper, along with the onion, garlic and tomato.
  3. When the meat is done, add what was blended and let it boil well.
  4. In a pot, cook the pastawith a slice of onion, a clove of garlic and salt to taste.
  5. When it is cooked, drain it and in a pot fry the finely chopped garlic and onion with a tablespoon of butter.
  6. Separately, blend the can of evaporated milk with the yellow cheese and pepper.
  7. Then add this sauce to the pan where the butter is with the onion and garlic.
  8. Then the pasta is placed and allowed to simmerfor approximately 3 minutes.
  9. To serve the pasta with ground meat and cream, place a portion of spaghetti or macaroni and spread the ground meat on top, this can be accompanied with a few slices of white bread.
