Pasta recipes are one of my favorite preparations for those days when I don’t have much time. In this recipe you will learn how to prepare spaghetti with chard sauce, easy and healthy, since chard has many vitamins and minerals. Likewise, among the most important benefits of this vegetable is helping to keep the intestine healthy, so including it in our daily diet is highly recommended. This recipe is practical and delicious, ideal for dinner time.
Ingredients to make Pasta with chard sauce:
- 125 grams of Spaghetti
- 200 grams of chard
- 200 milliliters of Cream of milk (1 cup)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 jet of Oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Pasta with chard sauce:
- Before making this recipe with chard, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the chard leaves and the stems cut into small pieces over medium heat for 30 minutes. When it’s ready, drain it all and cut it finely.
- In a pan with oil, add the chard and skip them a bit. Then add the finely chopped garlic and fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
- It is time to add the milk creamand cook over very low heat for 8 more minutes. Season to taste.
- Separately, in a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the spaghettiuntil al dente.
- Add the pasta to the panwith the chard sauce and mix everything very well.
- Finally, serve the pasta with chard sauceand enjoy this exquisite dish. You can accompany this recipe with mint prawns or lemon salmon.
