Pasta recipe with broccoli and dried tomatoes

  • 1 broccoli (500g)
  • 10 dried tomatoes
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 pinch of minced garlic
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 100 grams of cream cheese

How to make Pasta with Broccoli and Dried Tomatoes:

  1. We cut the broccoli into small branchesand, in addition, we peel the trunk and cut it into medallions about the thickness of a coin.
  2. We put it in a casserole with water on the fire and cook until it is soft. We drain and reserve. If you prefer, you can steam the broccoli.
