Ingredients to make Pasta with avocado sauce:
- 150 grams of Pasta
- ½ unit of red tomato
- 5 units of Prawns
- Avocado Salsa
- ½ unit of Avocado
- 1 unit of Lemon
- 5 grams of Coriander
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
How to make Pasta with Avocado Sauce:
- Before making these healthy pastas, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- Cook the pasta until they are aldentes approximately 10 minutes, from boiling water with a teaspoon of salt.
- Once they are ready, drain and cool with plenty of tap water.
- For the avocado sauce, take all the ingredients to the blender until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous sauce, season with salt and pepper
- In a frying pan with a little oil, cook the prawns on both sides, previously seasoned, for 5 minutes.
- Serve the pasta, cover with the avocado sauce, the seedless tomato cut into small cubes and the prawns.
