Pasta recipe with avocado sauce

Ingredients to make Pasta with avocado sauce:

  • 150 grams of Pasta
  • ½ unit of red tomato
  • 5 units of Prawns
  • Avocado Salsa
  • ½ unit of Avocado
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 5 grams of Coriander
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Pasta with Avocado Sauce:

  1. Before making these healthy pastas, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. Cook the pasta until they are aldentes approximately 10 minutes, from boiling water with a teaspoon of salt.
  3. Once they are ready, drain and cool with plenty of tap water.
  4. For the avocado sauce, take all the ingredients to the blender until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous sauce, season with salt and pepper
  5. In a frying pan with a little oil, cook the prawns on both sides, previously seasoned, for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the pasta, cover with the avocado sauce, the seedless tomato cut into small cubes and the prawns.
  7. This recipe is very healthy and is ideal for dinner.
