Ingredients to make pasta paella:

  • 250g tagliatelle
  • Salt
  • 200 g of pork loin
  • 100 G slices of cooked ham
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 fresh chilli
  • 80 g fresh small mushrooms
  • 100 g of prawns
  • 80g peas
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of saffron
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 30 g of parsley
  • 200 ML of vegetable broth
  • 100 g of salmon

How to make pasta paella:

  1. For 4 people
  2. Cook pasta in lightly salted water, according to package directions, until al dente (cooked but a little hard).
  3. Meanwhile, cut the tenderloin into strips.
  4. Cut the slices of ham into strips.
  5. Cut the pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, wash it and cut it into strips.
  6. Cut the chilli lengthwise, remove the seeds, wash it and chop finely. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  7. Wash and dry the shrimp and peas.
  8. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the tenderloin strips. Add salt and pepper.
  9. Add the ham, the pimento act (Everything) and stir well.
  10. Then add it to the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  11. One minute before removing the mixture from the heat, add the pasta and stir again.
