Ingredients to make pasta paella:
- 250g tagliatelle
- Salt
- 200 g of pork loin
- 100 G slices of cooked ham
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 fresh chilli
- 80 g fresh small mushrooms
- 100 g of prawns
- 80g peas
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of saffron
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 g of parsley
- 200 ML of vegetable broth
- 100 g of salmon
How to make pasta paella:
- For 4 people
- Cook pasta in lightly salted water, according to package directions, until al dente (cooked but a little hard).
- Meanwhile, cut the tenderloin into strips.
- Cut the slices of ham into strips.
- Cut the pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, wash it and cut it into strips.
- Cut the chilli lengthwise, remove the seeds, wash it and chop finely. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Wash and dry the shrimp and peas.
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the tenderloin strips. Add salt and pepper.
- Add the ham, the pimento act (Everything) and stir well.
- Then add it to the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- One minute before removing the mixture from the heat, add the pasta and stir again.
