Panamanian Chicken Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make Panamanian Chicken Rice:

  • 4 pieces of chicken
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red paprika
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small bouquet of coriander
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1 small carrot cubed
  • 50 grams of olives
  • 50 grams of green peas
  • 1 tablespoon of ground annatto or onto

How to make Panamanian Chicken Rice:
