- 1 piece of boneless chicken thigh
- 1 piece of avocado
- 1 piece of apple
- 50 grams of Walnuts

- 1 dash of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- 3 tablespoons of orange or tangerine juice
How to make Pale Chicken Salad – With Fruit and Vegetables:
We gathered all the ingredients to prepare the pale chicken salad with fruit and vegetables. First, we hydrate the raisins. To do this, we prepare a dressing with orange or tangerine juice, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil, salt and ground black pepper. We let the raisins hydrate while we prepare the pale salad.
Wash and cut the apple into not very thick slices, as you see in the photo. It is not necessary to remove the skin, as it preserves more nutrients.
To prepare this pale chicken salad with fruit and vegetables, we peel and cut the avocado into slices. Remember that avocado or avocado is rich in healthy fats, folic acid and vitamin C.
In a pan, sauté the chicken with a little olive oil and salt. We’ve diced the chicken to make it easier to eat in the pale salad. Once cooked reserve and let it cool down.
