Paella with shrimp recipe

Paella is a typical rice dish from Spain, especially from the Valencia region, which is cooked in almost the entire country and has thousands of variations, depending on the ingredients used for its preparation.

Ingredients to make Paella with shrimp:

  • 500 grams of Rice 0000
  • 1 green, red and yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 branch of parsley
  • 3 pieces of chicken thighs
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of Saffron
  • 2 stock cubes (fish or vegetables)
  • 300 grams of shrimp
  • 3 liters of water

How to make Paella with shrimp:

  1. Peel and wash all the vegetables. Cut the onion, celery and garlic very small and the peppers in Juliana’s.
  2. Also cut the thighs into two parts each and wash and clean the shrimp very well.
  3. With the ingredients ready, now it’s time to put the water in a saucepan along with the broth cubes.
  4. Heat over medium heat.
