Paella recipe with lean meat and vegetables

The lean meat and vegetables paella is perfect to enjoy the weekend in the company of our loved ones. Likewise, its preparation is so simple that we can also cook it any other day of the week if we feel like tasting a complete, forceful and flavorful dish.

Ingredients to make Paella with lean meat and vegetables:

  • ½ bell pepper
  • 2 artichokes
  • 100 grams of tender beans
  • 1 bunch of tender garlic
  • mushrooms
  • 250 grams of Lean
  • 350 grams of Rice
  • Chicken soup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 nora
  • Food coloring

How to make Paella with lean meat and vegetables:

  1. The first thing we do to start preparing the lean meat paella is fry the ñora with hot oil. Once fried, we remove it and reserve a moment.
  2. Fry the lean meat with a little oil and salt. When it is ready, place it in the paella pan along with the chicken broth and let it boil for about half an hour.
  3. While the lean is cooking, we clean, cut and fry all the vegetables and mushrooms to taste with a little oil and salt. Once fried, remove the mushrooms.
  4. After half an hour, we place the vegetables in the lean paella, except for the mushrooms. Chop the ñora, season to taste and add it as well.
  5. Add the rice and let it cook for 15 minutes if we like it whole or 20 if we like it more done. When the water is boiling, add the mushrooms.
  6. Tip: To know the exact rice for the lean meat paella with vegetables, you can make a line in the paella pan with the rice, from one end to the other, until it stands out from the broth.
  7. If we have taken the paella out after 15 minutes, let it rest for another 5 minutes, covering it with a cloth.
  8. And ready! We can now serve the paella with lean meat and vegetables immediately to enjoy it hot.
