Ingredients to make pa amb tomàquet:

  • Bread
  • Tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Sausage (cheese, ham, salami…)

How to make pa amb tomàquet:

Take the bread (if it is frozen, defrost). Take the tomato and cut it in half with a high category knife. Spread the bread with tomato, please start with one half of the tomato and if you run out use the other. Leave the bread on top of a CLEAN plate.

Put salt and oil without abusing. (If the tomato stands out). Put the sausage on top of the bread by the tomato part.
