Ingredients to make Oyster Cream:
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 12 oysters
- 2 butter spoons
- 400 cc of fish broth
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Oyster Cream:
- Fry the flour with the butter until it turns golden brown. Once golden add the broth, if necessary strain the broth, the cream should be not very thick.
- Boil for about 5 minutes and add the oysters without their shells for about 2 minutes and serve.
