Oyster Cream Recipe

Ingredients to make Oyster Cream:

  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 12 oysters
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 400 cc of fish broth
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Oyster Cream:

  1. Fry the flour with the butter until it turns golden brown. Once golden add the broth, if necessary strain the broth, the cream should be not very thick.
  2. Boil for about 5 minutes and add the oysters without their shells for about 2 minutes and serve.
