Ox ribs carbonada recipe

Ingredients to make Ox Ribs Carbonada:

  • 3 kilos of beef ribs, cut
  • 2 kilos of corn cobs, cut into thick wheels
  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 3 white onions
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Carbonada of beef ribs:
